Birthday Party Interest Form

Celebrate your child’s birthday ninja-style! We have a limited number of weekend birthday time slots available for the coolest party in town!

All birthday parties include:

Up to 16 guests, including the birthday child
Private birthday party access - the whole gym is yours with no other events happening at the same time!
1-2 dedicated coach hosts to run your party
60 minutes of gym time including ninja instruction (mini-class), obstacle course time, and open gym time.
30 minutes in the table area for food, cake, and presents.
Additional guest at $10 per guest (up to 24 guests total)
A complimentary Lightning Ninja Academy shirt for the birthday child
Food may be brought in or ordered in. You will have access to a refrigerator. All food and drinks MUST stay in the table area only! If any food or drink is brought into the gym area, there will be an additional $100 cleaning fee charged.
Decorations & paper goods of your choosing may be brought in (no glitter)
Each participant must have a waiver signed.
Grown ups are welcome to stay and watch and do not count towards the total. If parents want to go on the course with their kids during the open gym portion, they must also have a waiver signed.
Any siblings in attendance DO count towards the guest total.
Anyone entering the gym floor must wear clean, dry athletic shoes. No crocs, flip-flops, open-toe, open-back, or boots.
You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time to set up your food & decor, and you may have 15 minutes after your party time to clean up and exit.
